I’m bringing in other people’s children, can I sign the waiver for them?
Unfortunately, no. The waiver MUST be signed by each child’s parent or legal guardian – NO EXCEPTIONS. The waiver can be filled out ahead of time at the following link: www.airriderz.com/vaughan/waiver
Once they hit “submit” we received the waiver in our system. Jumpers will not be able to participate if the waiver is not filled out by a parent or legal guardian
When do we get access to the party Room?
Party room access follows the party jump time. You do not have access during the jump time unless you rent the party room for that hour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Party Deposits are non-refundable. If you contact us 7 days prior to event, we can either cancel the party and turn your deposit into a credit note which can be used towards future party bookings, or general admission. We can also reschedule the party if you already have a new date and time in mind. To do so, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 914-999-0000.
Are parents allowed to stay & watch, and do we have to pay for them if they do?
We do suggest a drop off basis, however parents are allowed to stay in the park to watch free of charge. We would only recommend having one parent per child if necessary. We also can’t guarantee seating for parents in the party rooms.
How do I go ahead and book?
Thank you for your interest in wanting to celebrate your child’s special day with us here at Air Riderz! In order to book it you will need to have a waiver on file with us. If you have already been here before or have already filled one out, you can either book it online at the following link: www.airriderz.com/vaughan/parties-events
You can also give us a call at 905-695-7011 and we’ll be happy to do it with you over the phone, or you can come in that way you can get card stock invitations before you leave.
Are we allowed to bring in our own food?
The outside food we allow are fruit, veggie, cold sandwich, wrap platters, coffee/tea, water bottles and the cake or a dessert alternative. Items like additional pizza, drinks or chips will need to be purchased through us.
When should everyone arrive?
We would recommend everyone arrives 20-30 before the start of the jump/climb time. This way we can get everyone’s waivers checked, give them socks and wristband and ensure that nobody loses out on any if the fun!
Do you have invitations?
Yes, we do. You can either come in store during our open hours and pick up some cardstock invitations, or you can use the following link and print some out: https://www.airriderz.com/port-chester/parties-events/invitations/
Does this birthday child or children count as a jumper?
Yes, please include the birthday child, or children in your guest list
How many jumpers should I book for if I do not know how many people will be coming?
We typically recommend booking for the maximum number of jumpers you think you may have, including the birthday child so you can have all the spots you may need. You will only be putting down a $75 deposit, and then no later than 24 hours before the party we ask that you send us a final total. Otherwise, billing will be based on the amount of jumpers given when the party was booked. Please note, we will allow up to 2 no-shows on the day of the event.
How do we order the food?
A week before the party, you will receive a food order form via email. On there, you will be able to select the pizzas and drinks that are included as well as any additional food, drinks, snacks that you would like to add on.
Do you sell loot bags?
Yes, we do! We offer 4 different types, specialty loot bags which includes a bunch of different fidget toys, Air Riderz Glow Shirts, Air Riderz drawstring bags, and Air Riderz Sports bottle package which includes a 30-minute upgrade pass, a pencil and bracelet.
