Can I sign the waiver for children who aren't mine?
No. Each child’s waiver must be signed by their own parent or legal guardian, no exceptions. Waivers can be completed in advance at www.airriderz.com/portchester/waiver/. Once submitted, we’ll have it on file. Children without a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate.
When do we get access to the party room?
Party room access begins after the jump session. You won’t have access during the jump time unless you’ve rented the room for that hour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Party deposits are non-refundable. If you contact us at least 7 days before your event, we can cancel your party and convert your deposit into a credit note for future bookings or general admission. Can parents stay and watch? Do they need to pay?
We recommend a drop-off format, but parents are welcome to stay and watch free of charge. We suggest no more than one parent per child if possible. Please note that seating in the party room cannot be guaranteed for parents.
How do I book a party?
We’re so excited to help you celebrate! To get started, you’ll need a waiver on file. Can we bring our own food?
We allow the following outside food: fruit, veggie, and cold sandwich or wrap platters, coffee, tea, water bottles, and a cake or dessert alternative. Additional pizza, drinks, and snacks must be purchased through us. Please note that shawarma and samosas are not permitted.
When should guests arrive?
We recommend that all guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled jump or climb time. This gives us enough time to check waivers, hand out socks and wristbands, and make sure everyone is ready to have fun!
Do you have invitations?

Does the birthday child count as a jumper?
Yes, please include the birthday child (or children) in your total guest count.
How many jumpers should I book for if I'm unsure of the final headcount?
We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests you expect, including the birthday child. Please confirm the final headcount at least 24 hours before the event. We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate, but please note we can only allow up to two (2) no-shows on the day of the event.
How do we order food?
One week before your party, you’ll receive a food order form via email. From there, you can select the pizzas and drinks included in your package, as well as any additional food, drinks, or snacks you’d like to add.
Do you sell loot bags?
Yes! We offer four options: specialty loot bags filled with fidget toys, Air Riderz Glow Shirts, Air Riderz drawstring bags, and an Air Riderz Sports Bottle Package which includes a 30-minute upgrade pass, a pencil, and a bracelet.
