The ideal workout program for adults and teens who want to combine fun and fitness! Burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour on our wall-to-wall trampolines. Aerobics classes are 60 minutes long and combine plyometrics, cardio and strength-building exercises for a full body workout. These classes are run by professional instructors.
This drop-in class is $13/hour
